Palestinians and migration

Post by jawaidahmed »

A mufti in Birmingham was asked a question about the Palestinians and them leaving Gaza. He explained that according to the Qur'an and the traditions leaving your homes and lands when you are being oppressed is an option.

A zaalim in London edited the video and accused the mufti of being a non-muslim, working with the British to undermine Islam and did not care about the Palestinians.

Question: when we have this in the Qur'an, who is a munker Qur'an?

4:97 As for those who wrong their own ‘self’ by not striving until the angels (the laws of death) approach them, they are asked, “What kept you occupied?” They say, “We were weak and oppressed in the land.” The angels say, “Was not the earth of God spacious enough for you to migrate?” As for such, their habitation will be Hell, a miserable destination.
4:98 Exempted are the feeble, whether men or women, and children who are unable to devise a plan and to find a way out.
4:99 God may forgive them (for their limitations). For, God pardons and forgives again and again.
4:100 Anyone who emigrates in the cause of God, will find that God has placed refuge and abundance on earth. Whoever forsakes his home, as an immigrant to God and His Messenger, and death overtakes him, his reward is then incumbent upon God. God is ever Forgiving, Merciful (the Protector and Provider of guidance).

The Londoner has a surname Hijab, and here is what the Qur'an says about this term:

17:45 When you recite the Qur’an, We put an invisible veil between you and those who disbelieve in the Hereafter. [17:41. Disbelievers in the eternal life remain preoccupied with the glitter of this world, a mental barrier to understanding]
17:46 And We place shields over their hearts and minds to prevent them from grasping it, and cause deafness in their ears. Their minds, hearts, and ears act impermeable when you mention your Lord in the Qur’an, Him alone, and they turn their backs in disgust. [They wish to hear about their saints and ‘Imams’]

This happened to the mufti:

This is what was said about him:

This is the state Bukhari's are in.

AN OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT BIDEN

[Michigan, May 18 2021]

Dear President Biden:

We have recently learned that you are planning to visit Dearborn today, Tuesday May 18, 2021. The Arab and Muslim American community that overwhelmingly voted for you would normally have been happy with your visit. But these are not normal times.

Dearborn, as you know, is the home of the largest concentration of Arab and Muslim Americans. To the Arab and Muslim American communities, as well as fellow peace-loving Americans, your visit is an occasion for you to hear loud and clear the call for justice for the occupied Palestinians.

We urge you to act swiftly, fairly and justly to end the human suffering that the Israeli war on Gaza is imposing on its population. The fact that Israel bombed the media’s building is evidence that Israel is hitting civilian targets. The goal of the Israeli war is to harm the population and terrorize it. This is an illegal and immoral war.

Mr. Biden- you have been in public office for decades. You were a vice president for eight years. You are knowledgeable about international relations. You know about Israel and the occupation. You know the truth. You know what needs to be done to resolve this conflict. You know that lasting peace is possible if the solution is based on international law and UN resolutions. What is needed is political courage and the ability to stand up for what is right in the face of a powerful lobby.

Mr. President, war is a human- made disaster. It takes place when the political process fails. We believe that peace is possible when people of good faith take charge. All peace-loving people around the world look up to you for leadership.

We welcome you to Dearborn. And we want you to hear our voices loud and clear:
Palestinian lives matter. Peace now. Justice today.

Dear Br Jawaid

Why can’t radicals accept disagreement with grace? Why not say “Let’s agree to disagree“ and move on? why does it have to be “My way or the highway?”

Hope those responsible get thrown behind bars for a long time and forced to pay damages.

Salam,
I have seen in recent years that some 'muslims' are starting to act like the kuffar my using insults instead of reasoned answers.
This was noticeable with the debate between Hijab and Wood, 4hours long so do not bother to watch or fast forward.

I have a sneaking suspicion that controversial posts attract more attention, more views and hence generate more income for the poster.
