Authencity of Quran versus Hadith

Salaamz everyone,

Lately came across some debates on the web between Quran alone muslims versus upholders of Sunna (i.e. hadith literature).

1. One of the argument from N2I side is that Quran was also collected by humans (even though during lifetime of Prophet Mohammad) just like hadith literature so how come the hadith rejecters have issue with hadith compilation but not with Quran compilation as both were done by humans?

2. Another argument that 'Quran Only Muslim' usually makes is that no collection of hadith literature existed until at least 150-200 years after the death of exalted Prophet. The N2I hadith lovers say that this is not true and there were individual hadith collections that did exist much earlier in form of smaller collections and when Bukhari (and the boys) formally started collecting hadith literature these smaller individual collections were merged into the bigger formal collections (Sahih Bukhari, Muslim etc). Does anyone know about the correctness of this claim?

For claim 1, they stumble upon the problem that the stories on the Quran compilation are wrong, made up stories. They say the Quran was spread out, written on bones and leaves and what else not. But the Quran calls itself a book throughout, it says also that Muhammed wrote it, but the most important thing is that it says it is written on Raqq:

52:3 Written on fine parchment, unrolled, open for everyone to read, widely
published.
[‘Raqq’ = Deer skin = Parchment. Right here is the unequivocal negation of
many accounts of fabricated Hadith that the Qur’an was written on bones,
date-leaves, stones etc. ‘Manshur’ = Unfolded, unrolled, available to be seen and read, open to understanding, widely distributed]

The Quran has gone through a totally different history then the Hadith, also Allah promises to protect the Quran, and nothing else. The Hadith do not fall under this protection.

As for claim 2, Hadith collection were collected in small amounts here and there. They were used for history, comparison of law and so on. They had no religious value, the Quran was seen as complete. Only after 200AH did the clergy question the Quran being complete, when they turned the Quran from a Divine constitution into a mere religious book. Please read this article:

The possibility of our exalted prophet having written it is evident from the first few verses of al-Qalam:

Noon, wa al-qalam-u wa maa yasturoon.

By the inkpot and the pen (like a fish in water) and what they trace (like a fish swims its course).

Maaa anta bi ni'mati Rabbika bi-majnoon.

You (O Messenger), by the favour of your lord, are not mad/schizophrenic/delusional

This is clearly pointing to the fact that the words are coming to the exalted prophet (and possibly that he is writing them down on parchment/papyrus) as if a fish naturally swims in water. I.E. There is no artificiality... And perhaps it is meant as a response to the astonishment to the great prophet to observe such a miracle and to feel it in his concious. Obviously there are other scribes too...
